Welcome to the City of Parksville’s request for service tool. Residents and businesses can use this online form to report non-emergency operational issues. If the situation is urgent, call 250 248-6144 for a response during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm).
So that we can best respond to your service request, please provide an address or select a point on the map as an approximate address for the issue. Then select a category type from the drop-down menu that best matches the request and the drop-down menu will auto adjust to represent the service list for that issue. There is an option to attach a photograph of the issue. Once the form is submitted, the request for service will be sent directly to the appropriate City department for their response during regular business hours.
Bylaw Complaints
The City does not accept anonymous bylaw complaints. We will require your name and contact information in order for a bylaw officer to open a file and investigate. Please note your contact information will be kept confidential in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and Council Policy No. 3.31.
